BASIC INFORMATION on glue choices, techniques and gluing strategies: presentation of the full range of ©DGT glues, gluing rules, glue and technique selection. Capillary technique, filling, capillary-induced, lamination. Safety and tools.

Solvent Glues Training

  1. Introduction to high-performance ©DGT SolventGlue (without UV): even faster gluing, perfect "without bubbles", high mechanical resistance.
  2. The basis of an efficient and resistant gluing through ©DGT SolventGlue glues (without UV)
  3. New generation capillary gluing with new molecules for ©SolventGlue EC: glues without UV, drying in 5 seconds for maximum competitivity.
  4. The economic standard with RN glues
  5. New generation of Hybrid technology glues: the effective synthesis between Solvent and UV glues
  6. 90° Box Production, also folded with high resistance
  7. 45° Box Gluing
  8. Difficult gluing: the shelf and invisible gluing

Polymerizing (Bi-Component) Glues Training

  1. Introduction to high-performance ©DGT PowerGlue (catalyst): perfect invisible and artistic gluing with very high mechanical resistance.
  2. The basis of an efficient and resistant gluing through ©DGT PowerGlue glues. Catalyst preparation and mixing.
  3. Capillary gluing also for Polymerizing glues!
  4. New generation of self-levelling technology glues for a perfect 45°
  5. 90° Box Production with high resistance and trimming

Photo-Polymerizing and UV Adhesive Glues Training

For all courses, some material samples will be requested in order to test our glues directly on the sheets you usually work with, to evaluate their quality, strengths and weaknesses.

We will take care of sending you the list of samples to be provided along with all necessary technical specifications.

Even after the course is completed, ®DeskGlueTech will always be available to provide you with technical assistance should any difficulties or issues arise during processing.

Remotely, by sending us emails with detailed photographs of the defects and a careful description of the manufacturing process, we will be able to give you advice and/or correct any defects to help you achieve the results learned during the course.
